For Audio Producers

The first-pass cleanup — done before you open a session.

Dead air removal, filler detection, speaker diarization, and SRT export handled automatically. Your time goes to the decisions that need a trained ear, not the tasks that just need time.

The edit pipeline that eats your bandwidth

  • First pass takes the whole morning — every project starts with a sweep through the raw waveform removing dead air before the real work begins. This is time that requires a computer and your attention, not skill.

  • Turnaround time caps your client volume — you can only take on as many shows as your edit queue allows. Adding a client often means adding days to everyone else's delivery.

  • Transcripts and show notes as add-on work — clients increasingly expect them, but generating them manually is extra time you have to scope and bill separately, or absorb.

What changes with Dubhalo

Upload the raw client file while you're still on the call. By the time you've wrapped up and opened your DAW, the first-pass cleanup is done. Dead air removed, filler words tagged, speaker-labelled transcript ready, chapter draft in place. You start from a clean session instead of a raw one. The mix decisions are still yours — the overhead isn't.

Tools built around the production workflow, not around the podcast

Per-client filler-word lists

One client says "basically" every 40 seconds. Another uses "you know" as a sentence closer. Build a filler dictionary for each show, save it to their project, and Dubhalo applies it every time you process a new episode.

Speaker diarization for multi-voice recordings

4-guest panel recordings come out of diarization with each voice labelled separately in the transcript. Rename the labels from "Speaker 1" to actual names, and the clean version is ready for show notes delivery.

SRT and VTT for simulcast clients

Clients publishing both audio and YouTube video need properly timed subtitle files. Dubhalo outputs SRT and VTT in the same pass as the transcript — one export covers the audio delivery and the caption file for video.

REST API for workflow integration (Studio plan)

Push files to Dubhalo's API from your own tools, pull back the cleaned audio, transcript, and chapter JSON when processing completes. Batch-process multiple client episodes without touching the UI.

Run a client file through it before you scope the next project.
