One hour equals 60 minutes of your uploaded file's original duration — not the cleaned output. A 90-minute raw recording counts as 1.5 hours against your plan, even if Dubhalo trims it down to 55 minutes.

Yes. Upgrades are instant — you get access to the new plan's features and hours immediately, and we prorate the charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; you keep the higher plan until then.

No expiry. The Free plan is free forever — no trial period, no credit card required. Your 2 included hours reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused hours don't roll over.

MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, and video containers MP4 and MOV (we extract the audio track). Maximum 2 GB per file, maximum 4 hours per file. If your recording is longer, split it first and process each part separately.

Processed files stay in your account for 30 days, then are permanently deleted from our storage. You can delete them manually at any time before that. We do not use your uploaded audio to train or fine-tune any models.
